I specialize in pregnancy, post natal and infant massage therapy and am a Certified Infant Massage Instructor. I have been practicing for over six years and am registered with the Canadian College of Massage Therapist of Ontario. I have completed courses from Trimester's in Toronto for pregnancy massage and infant massage instruction and have attend the doula course from Doulas of North America for labour support. I have been a Doula for 6 years and will never forget the beautiful moment of seeing each baby take their first breath. I have a daughter and son, and understand the importance of being cared for from the day you find out you are pregnant, throughout your pregnancy, labour and into motherhood. I am an active member on the Cambridge Community Breast Feeding Group and enjoy helping get awareness out about the benefits of breastfeeding. I am also a Personal Trainer certified through Can-Fit-Pro. My goal as a massage therapist is to provide women and their families with personailzied, professional care.
