This is a fun and informative hands on class that will empower you with massage techniques to help with common infant concerns.

In this workshop you will learn Massage Techniques to help ease:

*Indigestion, Colic, and Gas

*How to help relieve teething pain.

*How to relieve sinus/chest congestion.

*How to help regulate sleep patterns.

*Nurturing touch to create a strong bond between you and your baby.

*How to help relieve stress in both yourself and your baby.

*How to respond to your baby’s cues.

Class includes take home notes and booklet, to help you remember what you learn.
